CHELSEA WOOD

Chelsea has been a personal trainer since 2014. Originally from Atlanta, GA, Chelsea has a background in sports, specifically soccer and cross country running. Over the years she has dabbled in all aspects of fitness from powerlifting to cycling. Chelsea has a particular passion for strength training and correcting muscle imbalances to avoid injury and ensure that your body moves efficiently. She has her pre and postnatal certification and enjoys helping women stay strong and healthy through all stages of life.

JACOB WOOD

Jacob has been a personal trainer since 2010. Originally from Houston, TX, he started an in-home personal and small group training company in Austin, TX that he successfully ran for 10 years before relocating to Bend. He has an extensive background in cycling, both mountain and road, trail running, and snowboarding. Jacob is passionate about working with experienced athletes, but he most enjoys educating those new to fitness and making them more comfortable moving their bodies.
